Do I have to pay online/What methods of payment are accepted?

Head 2 Toe’s method of payment policy requires a minimum 25% deposit to be paid online with the option of paying in full. Those who select the 25% deposit will be required to attend courses 15 min early, in order to complete payment (Cash, Cheque or Credit Card via website).

*Cheques are only accepted for 2 day courses.

Are taxes included?

Taxes will automatically be included on the Registration/Payment page. Prices listed on our Course Info page do not include taxes.

What is your refund/return policy?

Head 2 Toe’s return policy is:

  • For Individuals, we offer a full-refund within 72 hours (3 days) of the course. Within 24 hours (1 day) of the course date, we can offer a transferable course credit redeemable in the same year. Less than 24hrs notice will require full-payment.
  • For Large Groups, we offer a full-refund within 5 business days of the course. ***Less than 5 business days notice will result in a $150 re-scheduling/cancellation fee
